This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected via the website creditpro.ch and any related services, in accordance with the new Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP, RS 235.1), which entered into force on 1 September 2023.

CréditPro SA collects and processes the following categories of personal data:

• Identity data: first name, last name, date of birth, title
• Contact data: e-mail address, telephone number, postal address
• Financial data: income, monthly charges, credit history (ZEK / CRIF check)
• Residence data: canton of residence, residence permit
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (analytics — with consent only)

3. Purposes of processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Processing and managing your credit application
• Creditworthiness assessment required by Art. 3 LCC (RS 221.214.1)
• Transmission of your file to banking partner institutions
• Customer relationship management and after-sales follow-up
• Compliance with legal obligations (LCC, nFADP, CO)
• Website analytics and performance improvement (with prior consent)

4. Legal basis for processing

Data processing is based on the following legal grounds (nFADP, Art. 6):

• Performance of a contract: processing necessary to handle your credit application
• Legal obligation: creditworthiness check, retention obligations
• Legitimate interest: fraud prevention, security
• Consent: analytics cookies, marketing communications (where applicable)

5. Data retention

Personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the stated purposes, and in accordance with the following periods:

• Credit application data: 10 years from the end of the contractual relationship (commercial law obligations)
• Contact form data: 3 years from last interaction
• Analytics data: 26 months (Google Analytics configuration)
• Cookie consent records: 12 months

6. Recipients and transfers

Your data may be shared with the following parties:

• Banking partner institutions: for the purpose of processing your credit application
• ZEK and CRIF: creditworthiness check required by Art. 3 LCC, with your explicit consent
• Google Analytics (USA): anonymous website analytics data (with your consent), subject to appropriate data protection safeguards

CréditPro SA does not sell or commercially transfer personal data to third parties.

7. Data security

CréditPro SA implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction or alteration. All data is hosted exclusively on Swiss servers.

8. Your rights (nFADP)

Under the nFADP (RS 235.1), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
