CréditPro SA operates as a credit broker under the Swiss Consumer Credit Act (LCC, RS 221.214.1). It complies with all applicable legal obligations, in particular:

• Art. 3 LCC — Systematic creditworthiness check of every applicant before any contractual offer
• Art. 16 LCC — Consumer right of withdrawal: 14 calendar days from signing the credit agreement
• Art. 17 LCC — Early repayment possible at any time
• Art. 36 LCC — Mandatory information: "Credit is a commitment and must be repaid. Check your repayment capacity before committing."

3. Hosting

The website creditpro.ch is hosted by a service provider established in Switzerland. Users' personal data is processed and stored exclusively on servers located in Swiss territory, in accordance with the new Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP, RS 235.1).

The processing of personal data of creditpro.ch users is governed by the new Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP, RS 235.1), which entered into force on 1 September 2023.

7. Jurisdiction

In the event of any dispute relating to the use of the website or the services of CréditPro SA, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva (Switzerland), and Swiss law shall apply.
