Once your file has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email containing a reference number. You can contact your dedicated adviser at any time by email or by phone at +41 715 391 496, quoting this number.
Documents typically required are: a valid identity document (passport or Swiss residence permit), a recent proof of address (less than 3 months old), your last 3 pay slips, and your most recent tax return. The exact list will be provided by your adviser after the initial assessment.
Yes. In accordance with Art. 16 LCC (Federal Act on Consumer Credit, RS 221.214.1), you have 14 calendar days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving reasons and without penalty. This right is inalienable.
