Rates & Costs

CréditPro applies a fixed annual APR of 2.0% for all its credit products in Switzerland, regardless of the type of loan: consumer credit, personal loan or debt consolidation.

This rate is guaranteed for the full term of your contract: it cannot increase, even if Swiss market rates fluctuate. From the moment of signing, you know exactly what you will pay each month until the final repayment.

Rates & Costs

At CréditPro, we favour a transparent and clear approach. The conditions of your credit and any charges related to the contract are communicated before any validation.

The displayed APR of 2.0% includes the full cost of credit. Early repayment conditions are applied pursuant to Art. 17 LCC (RS 221.214.1). No hidden fees, no application costs for the client.

Rates & Costs

Borrower insurance is not legally compulsory for consumer credits in Switzerland. It is however recommended to cover risks of death, permanent disability or job loss.

If you wish to take out insurance, CréditPro will introduce you to approved Swiss partners. The cost of any insurance is indicated separately from the 2.0% APR and communicated before any signature. You are free to accept or decline.

Credit

You can borrow an amount between CHF 3,000 and CHF 800,000 depending on your needs and your repayment capacity. Pursuant to Art. 3 LCC, CréditPro systematically verifies your creditworthiness before any credit offer.

The approved amount is determined after analysis of your file, taking into account your income, current outgoings and debt ratio according to LCC criteria.

Credit

The repayment term ranges from 12 to 360 months (1 to 30 years). You freely choose the term that matches your monthly financial capacity.

The longer the term, the lower your monthly payments, but the higher the total cost of credit. Our simulator lets you test different terms and find the right balance.

Credit

These two products are very similar but differ in their use:

  • Personal loan: a free-purpose credit — you do not need to justify the use of the funds. It is the most flexible solution to finance a personal project in Switzerland.
  • Consumer credit: may be earmarked for a specific purchase (car, equipment) or unrestricted. At CréditPro, the rate is identical: fixed 2.0%.

Our Swiss advisers will guide you towards the most suitable product when you apply.

Credit

Debt consolidation involves grouping several existing loans into one, with a single reduced monthly payment. It is an effective solution to simplify your financial management and reduce your monthly debt ratio.

At CréditPro, debt consolidation is carried out at the fixed rate of 2.0%. We repay your consumer credits, personal loans and other eligible debts to group them into a single contract.

Note: extending the term reduces monthly payments but may increase total cost. Your adviser will provide a full simulation before any decision.

Credit

Our credit simulator is a free, no-commitment tool that lets you instantly calculate:

  • Your monthly payments in CHF based on the capital and term chosen
  • The total cost of credit (interest over the full term)
  • The total amount due at the end of the contract

Simply enter the desired amount (CHF 3,000 – 800,000) and the term (12 – 360 months). The calculation is performed automatically at the fixed rate of 2.0%. The simulation involves no ZEK enquiry.

Application

To be eligible for a CréditPro credit pursuant to the LCC, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Be an adult individual (18 years or older)
  • Reside in Switzerland with a valid residence permit (C, B or equivalent)
  • Have regular income (salary, self-employed income, AHV/IV pension, etc.)
  • Have a debt ratio below the legal threshold after accounting for the new credit
  • Have no outstanding debt enforcement certificates

Pursuant to Art. 3 LCC, CréditPro is legally required to verify your creditworthiness before any credit offer.

Application

Documents generally required for review of your application:

  • Valid identity document (Swiss or foreign passport, residence permit)
  • Proof of address less than 3 months old
  • Last three pay slips or equivalent proof of income
  • Last two bank statements
  • Latest tax return (tax assessment notice)

Depending on your application, additional documents may be requested. Your adviser will guide you step by step.

Application

You receive a decision in principle within 24 business hours after submission of your complete file. In most cases, the response is communicated within a few hours.

A positive decision in principle is not a firm credit offer: it indicates that your profile appears eligible. The definitive offer is issued after full document verification and final validation.

Application

A simple credit simulation on our website has no impact on your ZEK profile. It involves no consultation of the ZEK or CRIF AG register.

When you submit a formal application, a creditworthiness check is carried out pursuant to Art. 3 LCC. A credit that is granted and repaid on time contributes positively to your Swiss credit history.

Repayment

Yes, partial or full early repayment is permitted at any time pursuant to Art. 17 LCC.

In case of early repayment, the lender may claim a reasonable termination fee as specified in the conditions of your contract. Your adviser will inform you of the exact amount before any early repayment.

Repayment

Pursuant to Art. 16 LCC (RS 221.214.1), you have a withdrawal period of 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

You may withdraw without justification and without penalty. This right is inalienable and cannot be waived contractually. To exercise this right, send written notification to CréditPro before the deadline expires.

Repayment

Once the credit offer has been accepted and the 14-calendar-day legal withdrawal period (Art. 16 LCC) has elapsed, funds are transferred to your Swiss bank account within 2 to 5 business days.
